Article Abstract
If the overall incidence of intracranial hemorrhage is assumed to be 0. 75%,patients without risk factors who receive streptokinase have a 0.26% probability of intracranial hemorrhage. The risk is 0.96%,1.32%,and 2.17%in patients with one,two or three risk factors, respectively. We present a model for individual risk assessment that can be used easily in clinical practice.
